$200 dollar visa gift card lied too!! Still nothing

Got offered $200 dollar visa gift card Lies
I got my service installed on April 24th was told if I switched from getting Direct tv an internet to Uverse tv an internet they would issue me a $200 dollar visa gift an after over 60days nothing I keep getting told they are escalating the issue then supervisor calls long enough to say the same thing the nothing I even have transcript from rep reassuring an promising I am getting the gift card but they still do nothing. I have literally been on chatvan phone with Uverse every since day one first it was the billing promised a special promotional price an surprise it's wasn't there it took a month an a half to finally get that situated an I've only had service for 60 days. I told a rep the other day I am sick of waiting on this to happen just apply the 200 to my wireless bill which is what I planned on with the gift card and they say oh yes we can do that an still nothing!!! I am really getting sick of AT&T's reps an supervisors lying especially when you have proof!!! Still no resolution supposed to get an email nothing!!
