$200 Visa Reward card

When I signed up for Direct TV, ( Nov. 7, 2016 ... System was installed on Nov. 21, 2016 ) there was a hesitation on my part because I needed to pay Comacast $200 for early termination fee...the lady I was talking too and her supervisor assured me that I will be getting $ 200 Visa Reward card and I can use that card to pay Comcast, it's been over 30 days but I have not heard anything about it.... I called Direct TV before Christmas and first person I talked to informed me that " the reward card I'm asking about was not included on my order" really??????????????????? Why would I want to cancel Comcast and pay $200 cancellation fee for? Please Direct TV or AT&T be good to your promised...Don't turn your back on me now that you got my business...I still need to pay comcast for that early termination fee.....Thank you!
