About U basic

I have U 200, but I'm barely home nowadays. I tried to compare the channel listings of U basic with U 200, but the website won't let me. A window pops up and states " No service available U-verse service isn't available within this ZIP code". I know that U basic has "local channels" but I don't know what they mean by that since the only channel listings I can find are these long PDFs containing the listings of each packages. Could I possibly get a list of these local channels that U basic offers? I don't care for the channels I'm gonna lose, I don't have time to watch them anyway, I simply want to know what does U basic offer, thank you.
