Account not showing on myat&t app

Myat&t app now only shows my wireless account & and NOT my uverse account (internet & tv). It has always shown both in the past. How do I get the app to show uverse acct so I can pay both accounts from app?

Hi @Andrea67,

 

Have you created and "Access ID" that allows you to link your accounts? Follow the steps using this article to create and link accounts under one "Access ID". Let us  know if you have any additional questions.

Yes, my accounts are linked; both accounts have always shown on app before. I think there was a temporary glitch in the app because when I logged in later, both accounts were showing.

I've experienced on the new app that it automatically opens my wireless account. I have to click on use another id or at the bottom click continue at manage app and log out to getvthecstget the main login screen. My accounts aren't linked.

I'm having the exact same problem.  My accounts were linked, and I was able to view both under one User/Access ID and password.  Now, my internet, home phone & U-Verse account has disappeared.  (Yet, miraculously AT &T sent me an email stating that I had an upcoming invoice for that account due on Sept 10.) Have been on hold/on phone with AT& T for over 2 hours.  They are of zero assistance.

It seems like every week, I'm on the phone for hours with AT &T for an issue.  This is beyond acceptable and horrible customer service.  I will certainly let friends and family know to go elsewhere for telecommunications services.

We apologize for the long wait time you experienced on the phones, @Switziecat. Please give us the opportunity to change your customer service experience and help you with your combined AT&T billing concerns.

 

If you notice that your bills are no longer combined, Please sign up for combined billing. It helps combine existing or new wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse TV, AT&T phones or internet service onto a single bill.

 

If you want to manage all your account using a single user ID, please link your different accounts to your ID. This won't combine your bills or bundle your services. It just gives you easy access with a single ID and password.

I had my accounts linked but mysteriously, they became unlinked.

I have to keep the two accounts separate because one is business. (That’s why I can’t consolidate them under one account.)

When I went to try to relink my accounts, as they were prior, my U-verse/home phone/Internet cannot be found… as mentioned in my earlier email

We recommend that you attempt linking your accounts again by using the article provided by our previous agent. Once you get to step 3 for linking your ID, select Search For It Now.
