ACCOUNT SUSPENDED

How is it possible for your company to suspend services due to no payment since the bill wasn't being mailed to the right address. Then to add insult, your respresentative wants to open a new account without resolving the first issue. Why can't the current issue or account be corrected first, then lets see about continued services or adding another acccount. No one can give me an answer except someone in the sales/billing department said to open another account. And another part of the bill is okay but not the Uverse portion. Sounds like bad customer service to me.

I hate to say this but since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.

You might behind the 8 ball a bit since your kind of late.

You think you have it bad.  I just found out that my account is suspended for not being paid and the auto payment is scheduled to be paid on 3/26.  It is due on 3/26.  I have never paid late and have never had this happen.  I have had auto pay for over 25 years and now it says my line is canceled and I can not contact anyone!

AT&T really needs customer service training. After speaking to a live person who speaks English, I am still very unhappy. It was explained that they don't change your billing address even if you include this info with your payment. It gets filed in the trash or shredded. NOTHING can be done to adjust the bill and now I am having problems returning equipment so they can continue to charge my account. I will not use AT&T or refer anyone.

The billing PO Box is not meant for customer service requests. You can update your bililng address in several ways, but including a not with your payment is not one of them.
