action required letter infrigment alert

I need help I received a letter that this is the 4th time an infringement has accorded and I need to complete a tutorial. I have been trying all night and I cant find it or get on to even complete it...Also when I signed up for AT&T I was told a way cheaper quote. I was also offered this HBO, Show time and several channels for 3 months and will continue with charge if not discontinued.. Well a year went buy and I have been trying to cancel my cable because it is way to hi..Later found out that when I returned the cable box it was never hooked up. I have been paying for an entire year with out the service even being used. Then I have called 3 months ago and said ever since my cable was disconnected the internet has not been working. Now my version cell phones are sky High. Called was told to reboot called another time was told the same called again this time they sent someone out to look at it and had to replace a wire that was frailed and wrecked. Meanwhile I am still getting billed for service that I am not getting I don't feel this is fair and am wondering if I could have some credit or reimbursements on my account

Contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature below.

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service cancel problems.

 

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck ;)Chris
