When this first came up there was a dialog in myAT&T where you could opt-in to allow it. I didn't and and the opt-in option is no longer there or anywhere I can find. So I assume if you didn't opt-in then you missed the boat and it's no longer available. However it might be worth calling the standard 800-288-2020 number and ask customer support or "retentions" whether they can add it from their end.
