Address Validation Team Frustration

Is there anything that can be done when the address validation team says I'm too far away from the central office, but I disagree. The online tool shows that the two houses to the right, two houses to the left, the three houses across the street, and the house directly behind me all have U-verse TV and DIRECTV available. I don't understand how I am too far away when the houses surrounding me are not. I know for a fact that my house had U-verse TV because my wife's grandmother owned the house before us and she had it.

Awesome thank you for your help. I followed your instructions and with the help of Matt a social media manager, the address validation team fixed the issue. I just got off the phone with customer service and we will be having our new U-verse TV and Internet service installed on Monday!
