Address Verification
ATT spent last summer (12 months ago) digging up my entire neighborhood. When they were done, they put flyers on our doors saying Uverse Gigabit was available. Every house on every street shows it available and many are receiving it including our next door neighbor. Every house. But our house shows it as unavailable. I have called, I've been to the ATT store near us (who sold us Direct TV which was not installed due to trees), I've sent a private message here, 12 days ago and still no response. The sales person at the store has told me I need to put in a whole new sales order to get it approved but also said it was not for sure. The houses on either side of me, and across the street including the diagonals all have it.
Our house was one of the last homes built in our neighborhood, though completed in 2011. On one of the maps from ATT it shows our house as an empty lot.
I am ready to pull all service, including our three business locations which now are eligible for Google Fiber. Why is it so difficult to get help from ATT?

@cnicolas Did you send the PM to ATT Uverse Care? They were the correct ones, not
ATT Customer Care.
They should have replied they are working on it and it may take upto 2 weeks to complete.
Did you include your name, address, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
