Adult Content Charges

This would be a second or third time I have been billed over a hundred dollars in adult content charges on my bill.
Last time i called it in, i was told a technician would have to validate that the contect was not viewed on our devices for an account credit. I will seek credit once more, but more importantly how do I restrict these charges from ever occurring.

We can look into this and can actually prevent any On Demand purchases from being made on the account. To order any On Demand items, a call must be placed.
