Again and Again, AT & T Bait and Switch

I am in my 10th month of Uverse service and my bill was onlu right twice. It has varied from $10 - 40 over the other 8 months. I spent days on the phone and just tried live chat. Every time I've been told that the issue was fixed and the next bill comes in higher. I don't know why I came back to AT & T this time, but never again. I have talked to several friends and they have the same issues. Cox, Direc or Dish?
