All I want is my services to be bundled!

Ponzi scheme? Juked? Duped? That's how I feel right now. I've paid so much money "to have services not bundled" which was to be bundled. Made so many calls for 4 months to have bundled service's, yet still no results. My wife had signed up for ATT with Directv. She finished her 2 year commitment and we going to sign up with another provider because of her issues with them initially. An ATT rep came to the house and said they could save us money if we signed a new 2 year agreement under my name. So, being the less than intelligent person that I can be at times and looking to trying to save money, I did it. ATT rep said it would all be bundled within a couple of billing cycles. Well, it's been 4 billing cycles. With no success with combining TV, Voice, and Internet services. Contract indicates I would be paying $86 a month for everything, it's $136 for just directv. Meanwhile, my wife had fallen behind on phone and internet from her old account which was to be combined, to the amount of $370. There have been no bills and I did pay it today because of ATT inability to combine their services which did not happen. I've have shelled out almost a thousand dollars just to switch it over to my name, yet no bundled service's within the last 4 months. I would like to escalate the issue, but don't know who to contact anyone! Frustrating. No one knows? They are just too big of a company to talk to each other to try and resolve a customer's valid concerns to Bundle Services.

I can understand your frustration when what you ordered is not what you are seeing. Please message us back with the account numbers and contact information so we can help get it sorted out for you.

Same problem. I love that we keep getting the ad to bundle our bills but they won't actually do it...
