Amazing support when calling the ATT 800-288-2020 help center

Dear ATT,

 

I am not sure who to contact, but can you please let the manager for Yokisha who was working today at 1;00pm CST and helped me (Account Noel) that she is the most outstanding support person I have worked with.  Thanks for the great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Noel223  Great to hear Contact ATT Customer Care on the link in my signature below.

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to pass on your compliment. Many times these are answered by FB/Twitter Soc Media Managers, available late nites, weekends.

 

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply, possibly by email instead. They can do more than any phone rep and stick w/it till it's done. Good luck 😉

ATT support is miserable.  Perhaps the worst ever.  My TV service has been out for over 24 hours.  Called yesterday, they gave me an appointment for today which they have canceled.  I now have an appontment for tomorrow.  All the service center in the Phillipines can do is read a script and tell me it is not possible to get a technician to the house before Monday for a problem that started Saturday.  They have to power to think or develop alternate solutions.  The producy is good the service is absolutely the worst!

@TorreyPines  So why ruin the original poster's compliment?  Plenty of I hate Uverse threads here to add your vitriol to and be right in step.  You Searched this one out just to do this. Smiley Tongue

Well as a person who spent an hour on the phone with their call center in the Philippines I am not nearly as happy with the service!  I have had U-Verse for 3 days now and my service went out.  I called the 2020 number and was told I had to wait 4 days to get a repairman to come out. Yes had it for a total of 3 days and they said 4 days to get a repair.  I was completely dead on internet and TV.  After having to force my way to a supervisor and being told several times it would not change my 4 day wait time.  I got a supervisor, I asked where they were located as I wanted to speak to someone local.  I was told they could not give out that information.

I spent 24 years in the Pacific with the Navy so I know Philippine English when I hear it and both the first guy and supervisor were obviously from the Philippines.

The supervisor started to tow the party line on a 4 day wait to get a repairman and not until I asked about canceling my service did I get a better answer.  Now someone could be there tomorrow.  Remember I only have had U-verse for 3 days so it would be no charge for my cancelling!!  I would hate to see how crappy service would be if AT&T knew they could screw me.  I think I will take them to the 25 day mark and make a choice to canx or stay.  So far NOT HAPPY!!

Call the executive office in Dallas. Ask for the office of UV senior management. I had to contact them twice in the past and had my issues resolved in less than three hours. These people get results and don't j--k you around. Good Luck!
