Att and it's God complex

Have you noticed that when att makes a mistake, horrific mistakes, it never admits it's responsibility for its actions, let alone fix the mistake in a timely mannet, or apologize, Or try to make it up to the customer? No, the customer has to crawl  swim , then your supposed to be eternally grateful when they do their job, correct the mistake while they tell you, ...be happy with us or we'll mess with your service and accounts some more.....Att must be a miserable company to work for to have its employees treat it's customers so bad.

Did you send Customer Care a Private Message as was recommended to your previous post?

Shall we assume that you contacted them awhile back and not just yesterday (Sat.)?

The Customer Care team is there during 'business' days...Monday through Friday.

Give them 3 business days from the time they receive your PM.

Oh Ok, 3 days plus the three months they have already had to deal with this. Bet if I didn't respond in 3 months and 3 days to a billing issue with att they wouldn't be upset either, right? Bahaha

Why be ugly to someone trying to finally help you?  Especially if you have been having an issue for 3 months… give them at least a business day to reply.

Place your pity elsewhere. They don't Help their customers, just give them the run around hoping to wear them out or down and take money that they are not entitled too. I believe there customer service practices are "ugly" and until they get the same treatment, they will continue their ugly practices.

So you believe that belittling an employee is going to make them want to actually be forced to talk to you long enough to fix the issue?    Being rude never gets you anywhere.  Being firm and ugly are different.  AT&T has lots of great employees.  Some employees might have more experience and therefore more knowledge but when you finally get that rep on the phone and are ugly to them..... They are going to choose to not know the solution to avoid being yelled at by you.  Respect, manners, patience and a firm tone would be beneficial to your situation.

I've actually never noticed your problem with AT&T. With TWC and Clowncast, yes. But not AT&T, they are nice people.
