AT&T cheated on my U-verse bill

My monthly bill went up $15 more when the contract is not even ended yet.  Before that, I called the customer service and I specifically ask the representative if my monthly bill is going to be $80.95 without the fees and taxes, and she said yes.  Now after a month, it went up 15 dollars more.  I called to speak to the supervisor but the representative told me the supervisor is busy and he'll have to call me back.  It's been a week, no on even call me back yet.  So, this is how AT&T treating their customers by cheating their money and not calling them back.  Way to go, AT&T.

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems.

Same thing is happening to me, we started out at 15$ and went up from there, 34$, 52$ and now we're at 87$, i've had to pay twice in a month, over 200$ on some garbage wifi that can barely even support more than 3 devices on at the same time. I see why att is trash talked so much, and it lives up to it's bad reputation also to why they went broke years ago back when cingular was around.
