They don't give out email addresses. Try snail mail, search ATT corporate address, we can't post it here.
Can try to send it thru ATT Customer Care here.
Click the ATT Customer Care link in my signature below, send the PM, explain your situation.
Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on. They can do more than any phone rep can and stick w/it till it's done.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
Chris

I was a Times-Warner bundle customer and their prices kept going up. AT&T offered me similar bundle service at a much better price, for a full 2 years and a $200.00 visa reward. I signed up to switch. March 13 the television service was connected but the technician told me he had to return the next day to hook up the internet and telephone.
Everyone I had spoken with from AT&T assured me that my phone number would remain the same. I have an autistic son in special school and we receive calls for medications from several pharmacies. At 10:00 am March 14 the work was done. The technician called me, at my original phone number, *** to finish his job. He told me to call Times-Warner and cancel the service. I did. I went out for an hour. When I return the system had crashed, no phone or internet service. At 1:00 pm a new technician came by and went to work. He told me the problem was up the street. At 4:00 pm he returned and the system was up and running.
The next afternoon my wife came home and told me our phone was disconnected. I called my cell and discovered our phone number was changed to ***. The next morning I telephoned customer service. Someone named Christol told me the problem would be fixed but I had to wait a week. March 21 I receive a call informing me there was a problem. I called customer service again. I gave them my Times-Warner account number and Jen assumed me that the problem would be fixed within a week. Her supervisor called and told me the same thing. Today I received a call that told me I needed to sign back up to Times-Warner to keep my phone number He offered me another new phone number. I told him I was not interested. All the customer service agents were "off shore". They make promises and break them a few days later. I had asked to speak to someone local, or at least an American who would understand my concerns about my autistic son and his meds. I was ignored.
My position right now is that At&T never gave me the service I was promised. If I have to sign up with Times-Warner to get my phone number back then I might as well get all their service back.

I am trying to get uverse and internet service in my home. I have had this service at my location at one time. The first time I tried to get the service back in my home I am told that the bandwidth is not available in my area. When I look at the apartment across the hall from me they are able to get all att services but I am only able to get internet. I let the att rep know this and all I ever hear is we will open a ticket. Nothing is ever done to fix the issue of not being able to get uverse tv in my home. I have been on the phone with uverse pets for hours to try to get this fix. Can you please fix my issue!!!

Corporate numbers or emails are not publicly available
This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user. This is a public forum . Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them. The most effective way to get any issues resolved in the forums is to use the contact link on the bottom of the page or call 1-800-288-2020. Some of us are employees but we are here to represent the forum with our knowledge and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses.

The best way is to file a complaint through the BBB or FCC. The monitors on this site will not allow anyone to post the corp. information. Also you can google AT&T and since they are a public company all the corp information is available.
