Att customer service rep
I have been with ATT for years. During that tile I have spoken to countless representatives, supervisors, and managers. I was a little “tense” this morning when I called. To tell you the truth, I was going to cancel my service. Since November of 2021, I have been paying for services that I had not been receiving. I was going to pay my bill and tell them I was done! I called, to my surprise the representative on the other end was calm, patient, respectful, knowledgeable (shocker!). This gentleman is everything a company would want to represent their company. Thank you so much Geovanny #R1I01VN25. Not only are YOU the reason I did not cancel my service with Att but I was in a rotten mood, and now I’m not. Thank you and bless you. If ATT ever forgets what a gem you are, I’ll find a place for you.

Glad to hear that you had a good experience but the rep that you are trying to Thank most likely will never see your post as this is a customer-to-customer forum.
