AT&T Damage to Lawn Sprinklers
AT&T was in my Atlanta neighborhood installing new wiring for U-Verse about a month ago. The installers dug up our lawn, and broke a water pipe leading to our installed lawn irrigation unit. We were without water for several hours while they attempted to fix it. They finally were able to restore water to the house, but now my lawn irrigation sprinklers do not work. Their idea of "fixing it" seems to be capping the broken water pipe.
I spoke to the foreman several times and he stated that he would have an irrigation team out to repair, but I have never seen them or heard back from any of them. Who can I contact to get these repairs taken care of?

You can call Uverse customer support and inform them of the situation so that they can formally file a ticket. You can also ask them the phone number of the department that handles this.
