ATT doesn't honor their promotion -

I am an existing ATT wireless customer and ordered ATT U-verse account for Internet service and they said we can combine the billing and will be given additional discount and will receive $100 visa card after your first bill. When i got my bill and I have contacted customer rep and came to my surprise now ATT is not able to combine the wireless and U-verse account. I don't know how come they can change the policies and why can't they honor the promotions while we are ordering and when I asked about $100 visa gift card now they are saying after 30 days of service you will receive letter from our reward center and you need to call them to obtain that visa. I doubt that whether i will receive that gift card. Bit unhappy as they are honoring the promotion what they had while ordering.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I must inform you we have stopped offering combined bills, however there is a way to access your bills with a single log in. You will have to create an Access Id and link your U-verse and Wireless accounts to it. when they don't honor why they advise at the time of ordering. How could

that change overnite. I think this as completely cheating. If I would have

known before I would have not opted for U-verse at all. Now I can't cancel

too because I have one year agreement.

adlakond, I understand this must be an upsetting situation, we can still help making the situation better. I personally regret for teh inconvenience. Could you check your reward status and redeem it using the above article? If you don't find it please get back to us. We have community managers monitoring these discussions, they will definitly help you.

I've been given a 12-month cable+wireless bundle with all sorts of promotional discounts that should expire in June 2017, this is the ONLY reason why I chose to stay with ATT (they promised me the same bundle service that I previously had with no increase in price). But now, one of my discounts (receiver fee) is magically 'expiring'. How is that possibe? Representative Trivia (ID: tb703v) told me there was nothing she could do and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. What kind of business model is ATT following? I cannot wait to no longer be a customer.
