ATT is the worst service provider!!

I cancelled my bundle, but found out AT&T never turned off the service.  After three phone calls and them acknowledging it was cancelled, promises to look into what happened, an investigation into the bills, not to worry about it, it would be sent to the "escalation team" and they would call me, but they never did, I have now been sent to collections after five months!!  Due to AT&T's incomptence I now have to pay the price of bad credit.  I have been told now a supervisor will call me.  Doubtful!!  Of course their collections department doesn't have any record of what's been going on with my account.  Of course not!  Get out now and get written confirmation!!

I have finally been contacted by a real live English speaking person!  Hallelujah!  I have now been promised within 45 days I will be taken out of collections and everything is fixed and put back to where it should be as if it never happened.  What a gift from AT&T that will be if it actually happens.  Once again, I'm not holding my breath, AT&T.  If only all of this could have been taken care of the first time I called and had never been sent to collections.  My credit would have appreciated it.  Your customer service is the worst, as I've said, and the same goes for your company.  Has my issue or problem been solved?  We'll see in 45 days if I have to fight with the collection agency next.  I'll give them Lafondra's direct number, so she says it is. Had I not expressed my digust on the forum I never would have at least gotten the last phone call with the end-all, be-all promise to have this come to a conclusion.  The ball's in your court, AT&T.  Do the right thing.
