AT&T LYING

I want to know why I was offered one promotion with a free Roku stick and I never received it and they told me that it just wasn't there and their notes when I called back and then I was offered U-verse with internet and phone for $90 a month for the first year and when I call they tell me that that's not true they can't do that and I was told by 3 different people including a manager and I also have detailed chats that are copied and pasted?
