ATT Overcharges Customers
ATT keeps charging customer for service even though services are interrupted or suspended. ATT says that is their Policy - where is that Policy?? I want to see and review that policy with my attorney. Please provide a copy of such policy where you are authorized to keep charging customers for services they do not have due to interruption of service. I demand a copy of such policy.

If your service is interupted for more than a moment, you're normally entitled to a credit for that time. Ask for it.

I have called at least five times and I have gone to an ATT store personally twice and they keep saying their policy is to charge me.
ATT is charging me for over two months of service that I do not have.
I will email one last time and if I cannot resolve this issue with them, I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Never go to an AT&T Store with a U-verse problem.
This makes no sense. How long are you out of service and why?

So, has your service been out for 2 months, or off a few hours 1-2 times per week for 2 months?
You can negotiate compensation much better if you are armed with info and facts.

What my thoughts was pointing out is that if service is deliberately suspended (vs terminated) for being past-due or violating some of the U-verse TOS, regular monthly billing continues and promotions may be terminated at AT&T's option. So, if the reason she didn't have service was that she was suspended, then AT&T's policy is that she still owes for service during that period.
However, if service was interupted for a technical issue, then she may receive service credits. So... it depends on what the reason is. Right now, I'm going with my thoughts explanation.

There's also the vacation hold, but I don't see how anyone can fill out that form and then claim they didn't know about the charge.
Put your service on Vacation Hold

I agree. I had nothing where I live except for DirecTV and a small locally owned Wisp for internet. My Uverse is awesome and I'm pretty darned satisfied with my pricing even in the post 12 month discount era. It's fairly competitive. I get U450 and Hsia45 for $245 for 4 televisions. Add that up with Direct or Dish or Comcast and see what you pay...
On average I probably have to reboot my RG about once per month due to lost synch. However, I've just disabled IPv6, so even that may now be resolved. Here lately I've been doing it weekly, just as a memory clearing maintenance. It takes 5 minutes.

I didn't check no boxes, my paperwork was filled out by a rep at a store.
I didn't receive the information you are displaying here when service was installed either. This is probably what the employees read to customers over the phone but is not clearly shared or explained to customers. ATT doesn't provide such information about the so call Terms when you are ordering services, they only mention the so call "good" stuff not how will stick you with fees for services you don't have. This is poor business practice and violates the customer rights to terminate services because ATT doesn't even allow the customer to do such if there a balance due, if it's a service contract between ATT and the customer, why is ATT the only one who has a right to the terms of service and the custormer doesn't have a the right to do anything about a service that ultimately such customer ordered?

Where does it say that ATT has the right to prevent customers from terminating services with ATT untill all balances are paid?
How did I authorize ATT to make decisions on my behalf regarding services I ordered?
I don't have a contract with Uverse, I should be able to cancel at any time and they have not allowed to cancel my services to date and every day since July 9th they continue to charge me.
Where does ATT terms of service say that they have a right to do this?

Without Uverse service since July 9th due to a past due balance.
I made payment arrangements but they refused to restore my service until I paid such balance, I paid it but I didn't expect my current bills to keep increasing because they were going to keep charging me, the rep who I worked with for the arrangment didn't explain such sucking policy to me, so they are causing me to stay behind because they continue to charge me for services I do not have.
When I made the arrangement I requested to end my services so I can get caught up and they refused to allow me to cancel my services.
