AT&T payment
Yesterday I talked with a gentleman on your line who told me he would call me back later in the day but did not. I received an e-mail saying I did not make my June payment, but I did. I paid it through the Chase bank system as I have always done. It was paid on June 13 and Chase lists it as (Online Payment ***** to AT&T/SBC 06/13). When I asked Chase about the payment they sent me the following:
Gordon, your payee accepted and processed the payment we
sent. Here are the payment details:
Payee name: AT&T / Home
Payment amount: $234.72
Send on date: June 13, 2019
Payee account ending in: 1790
Payment accepted by payee on: June 14, 2019
I have not yet received my July statement but please correct the error at your end.
