AT&T refuses to combine my DirecTV bill and will not give me the benefits that would come with it

AT&T refuses to combine my bill with my DirecTV bill and is punishing me because I live in a rural area that has no mail delivery to my house.  I have to use a PO Box for billing, otherwise I will not receive my bill.  Because my service address and billing address do not match I am being refused the promotion that I qualify for.  The promotion mentions nothing about having to have your billing and service address be the same.

Could you not change to paperless billing so you won't receive your bills via snail mail and then once that is done, then change your billing address to match your service address? Just a thought. Even so, you might want to hold off until all the issues with combined billing are fixed,

After reading other people's billing problems on the forum, I think you're right.  I don't get the benefits, but I also won't get the headache.  Thank you.

Doesn't the internet have to be bundled with Directv in order to get unlimited for free with your Directv?
