AT&T Solutions: Paid Bill But U-verse Service is Not Working
Restore your TV Service After Making a Payment
If you just paid your bill and your TV service has not been restored, there is an easy fix. Just reset your receiver.
- Go to your receiver
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
- Enjoy your TV service
Still not working?
In some instances, resetting your receiver may not work. You may need to:
- Wait for the payment to clear/ post (Varies by bank)
- Pay the amount currently due on the bill
Partial payments
When service is turned off for non-payment, the full past-due amount displayed on the bill must be paid before service can be restored. If an amount under the full past-due amount is paid, service will not be restored.
Payment plan
In some instances, setting up a payment plan will restore services. It is easy and you can set up a payment plan online.
