AT&T Technician aggressive with wife! Police called
At&t technician called after scheduled arrival time. Very intoxicated. I saved the VM. I arrive home after picking wife up from work. I worked from home to see technician in for Internet repair.
(Internet restarts daily or hourly depending on the day and restarts all Uverse systems. Problem has persisted for 2 years. New routers and receivers and software.)
Wife and I have new baby. She is getting him out of the car while I'm on the phone with a client. She asks him to wait for me to exit the vehicle before proceeding on our property. He yells at her that she is refusing service and is leaving. He is now using curse words in front of my son. She explains that is not her request and that it is simply for him to wait for me to handle the situation. He starts marching towards her like he is going to force his way into our property and into our house. I exit the vehicle and stand between him and my wife and yell at him to get off my property as I am now calling the police. He says a nice F you and goes to his AT&T truck while he speeds down a residential neighborhood doing well above posted limits.
The man was obviously drunk and very aggressive. Police have been called but AT&T says I must pay to end contract despite what happened today. I am at a loss for words.
This beyond unacceptable AT&T. Police report has been filed. Att Tech in India or somewhere else not inside US would not give me any information but I have his cellphone and I have given all necessary info to the police.
Wife and I are worried this man will come back to hurt me or my family. In a time of see something, say something. This does feel good and I am genuinely worried. Thanks AT&T.

You need to call the executive office in Dallas and report this. When you call ask for the office of U-verse senior management.
