March 28th They had us call in because they could not offer 24mbps of service so they changed us to 18mbps.. ok no problem right?

March 31st Install went smooth there techs are top notch

April 2nd I receive confirmation of my order and the following changes: 

$100 Rewards

$149 for something called UVERSE450ALLINONE (instead of the reg 131 for Uverse450)

-$12 a month (really?)

-$10 Receiver fee

no charge for extra receiver because "uverseallinone"

can someone from ATT please help? If I talk to one more ATT rep who wants to be condescending im going to lose it. I have paperwork and emails confirming all this and they act like they don't give a crap. It has been 5 days since install and I am pretty much forced to take this?
