AT&T U Verse - My yard was dug up for installation.

I need to contact someone about my yard being dug up.  The contracters who have come out to lay your cable cracked my driveway and left alot of the cables sticking out of the ground.  This is a hazzard for people and not to meniton and eye sore.  We were not notified of this installation being done in the first place.  Isn't it standard for AT& T to inform customers and homeoweners of this process?  

I do have pictures to prove my damage and I would like to have a number or email of someone I can contact.
