I will not recommend AT&T or AT&T universe or anything related to AT&T. Customer service is worst, never thought AT&T will mislead and charge me when I clearly asked for deals and was promised to get it too. For the last year, I kept calling for an $89.99 AT&T Universe deal which I asked but been charge over $150 each month. Sick of the services and promises. Switching to Comcast two year deals even better offers less than $109. Never coming back to AT&T.

I sign up for autopay never get the discount; sign up for package never get the deal. Now after one year AT&T charging me $50 more.
