AT&T U-Verse Fraudulent Collection Notice

Received collection notice from ERC, PO Box 23870, Jacksonville, FL 32241 which is not my account. According to this agency the address on the account is 62 NE 60th Street, Miami, FL 33137 and I have never lived there. Whoever lives or lived there is a fraudulent crook.
