AT&T U-Verse

My parents U-Verse Bill almost doubled.  I had this same issue a year ago when I had to file an executive complaint to remove services ( talked to a live representative who could not get it done as promised).  We have also tried to bundle the Wireless phone bill to no avail--would this save them money--always pushing bundles but does it really save?

My step-father Duaine Hoy is 87 and my mother 85.  This is their entertainment.  They don't even know how to use DVR--it only confuses them.

Bill sent from $75.01 to $138.46 (difference of $63.45!!!!)

Help--they can't afford this and

Compare their latest bill with a previous bill to see where the increase came from.

I know how to read bill--I retired from ATT.  They doubled their rate.  No explanation is given.  Shows rate for TV U200 is now $120.00.  

I'll just call executive number in Texas to complain.
