Att web site is so slow?
Why is the Att Web site so slow. I often click a tab twice because nothing happens the first time I click. It is like I am back on the slowest DSL I ever had, now on UVERSE high speed internet. Often get a message that the site is not responding, which means I hand to log out and back in. Sometimes the problem still is there. Last night I was trying to check my bill, adding names to contact list, gave up after a while because it was taking tooooo long.

The log in page came up immediately, login took a little longer than usual then navigation was usual ATT time for me.
Many times weekends are not the time to be changing user/plan information unlucklily. 😉

Looks like data that is cached for the site causes slow overall experience with myatt app. Had to delete the app data and app did run faster. android settings > applications > myatt app > storage > clear data and cache. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem. The site is the most inefficient web page I use. No mater what browser I use, it is just slow and very fragile. Will die often and I have to start over. I am tired of seeing the message to wait its working as it switches between what ever it is doing. And why it will not work on Chrome unless all history, and cookies are cleared, or you have to run in the incognito mode (chrome).
