AWFUL BILLING MANAGER ANTHONY

Horrible, horrible customer service from the billing Manager named Anthony in the Miami office. Absolutely rude and unhelpful. Thank goodness for Crystal in the loyalty department who got my credits that I was owed, reimbursed where Anthony refused to help and said I did not deserve any credits when At&t incorrectly installed U-VERSE in a building that does not support U-VERSE. ANTHONY needs some customer service training please At&t.
