Bank cannot retrieve ebilling statement for payment

My financial institution can no longer retrieve the monthly bill  statements to view and pay. I've verified and confirmed that my userid and password I setup on bank website is correct. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I spoke with aa AT&T representative today and was told he didn't see any changes since last month's payment that would create the issue I'm having. Contacted my bank and a service request was issued to check their bill pay connection configuration. Hopefully that is the problem
