Been trying to get someone to help for days - what gives? Social Care?
I had a great experience a few months ago with Social Care handling a problem I was having with the amount of my bill, and with getting my ATT/Directv accounts merged. Once merged, I could only log in to Directv and it kept telling me to login with ATT to pay my bill.
I tried password recover, and it just doesn't work - no matter what browser or combination I try. It always says the temporary password has been emailed to me, but it never is.
I've now been DAYS without my service, and I'm now going to incur restorative fees for something out of my control - and it's not the first time. I've been trying to reset my password for the last two months. Of course, I try more around when my bill is due, but never any luck.
How about some actual help? The only reason my account is so messed up is that ATT assigned me a username and password because of a missed appointment and some other problems. I've spent literally HOURS on the phone since I started with ATT service in October. I wish I had never done it, I only switched because Comcast customer service was so bad. Now I'm wondering if it's just a symptom of this industry. Please, someone contact me... I've sent DM's, Tweets, and been promised a response - but NOTHING.
I'm simply not going to call and waste my time - I literally spend hours on the phone each time I call getting bounced from person to person. My rates are double what they were promised to be, and the service is spotty at best.
Seriously, it's not that hard - can't somone give good product and service in this industry?

I did send a PM both to U-Verse Care and Customer Care, once on the 28th and twice yesterday. In addition, I sent tweets to both ATT and DirecTV, both of whom promised to get to the bottom of it but then I never heard back.
