Being charged a non-return fee when I returned all equipment

 

Hi, 

 

I am being charged a non-return fee for equipment I returned. How can I dispute this charge? I can’t log online and I do not have 45 minutes to waste on the phone trying to get to the right person. Also I was supposed to be refunded my early termination fee, which has unsurprisingly, has not happened. 

 

This is EXACTLY why I left ATT. Every month I have to get on the phone and spend 45 minutes trying to get my bill corrected. I am so livid with this company. I cannot even. It feels like you have done this on purpose as one last jab to the customer who left. It is ridiculous. RIDICULOUS.

 

Please connect me with someone I can communicate with online. I do not want to spend another afternoon being transferred around the world, while you try to find somone who can help me.

I had the same issue--contacted someone from AT&T via DM and provided scanned copy of proof with serial numbers that equipment was returned.  But still, no help.
