Being lied to by AT&T Employees

Just want to let people know that AT&T has employees who will lie to you and have no clue what they are doing! Needs to be fixed! Was lied to twice by to different employees! Most likely going to cancel my service with these people who lie to you! No good employees! Be care any one who has AT&T!!

Let's be honest: What company doesn't have employees that will lie? I  bet you have coworkers that lie, too.

I don't have any co workers so that not a problem for me! What happened with AT&T was the rep lied to me about a payment arrangement that I made! Then because she lied to me I believed that my account was fine. Than they turn off my service! All because of a lie on their part! Not good customer service!!!

Well what happened to me was an out right lie on their part! Telling a customer that their account is secure when she knew it was not is lying! Than they turn off my service do it this lie is just wrong! Service Rep should be punished for this! In my opinion she should be fired not working customer service! AT&T needs to fix it train there employees better! Lying is a sin as well!
