Beyond Upset!!
I really need to speak with a supervisor!! I have been given the run around since the end of June in regards to my account.. I’ve been quoted rates and fees that are not true. I’ve switched over from a 13 year relationship with Sprint based on lies!! All the account rep offered me was a one time 20.00 courtesy credit! I am fuming to the point of tears.. and the crazy part is I still don’t have my Uverse installed!!
