Bill Increase

I resigned my Internet along with U-Verse in AUgust of 2020 for a year. At that time my bill lowered to a realistic amount each month after it increase. now it's $50.00 more a month??? 

I've called 2 times and currently on hold for the 3rd time to address this issue. First time i talked to a rep and asked for amanager when I was told my promotion expired (after 2 months??). none available and was told I'd get acall back... never did. Called again this morning and talk to a rep for 20 minutes and then was hug up on. Currently on hold again.... 

Need to talk to a manager ASAP please.

You promotion was likely 3 months, and retroactive for some period of time, meaning that you're seeing it go away less than 3 months later. 

This is a AT&T Customer interaction forum.  There are only a handful of AT&T Employees on these forums in any kind of official basis and cannot get to all of the posts.  You'll have to hang on to your phone call.
