Bill Pay through my bank

I continue to get this message from my bank - "We are unable to access your bill from A T AND T U VERSE at this time. A T AND T U VERSE may require you to complete actions on their website to resolve the issue."

I have no notifications. All my information is up to date.

This is annoying and inconvenient. Is this how AT&T coerces customers to use their online bill pay?

I would prefer the manage all my ills in one place.
