Bill Payment Grace Period
New to UVerse. Can anyone else confirm the grace period is two days for bill payment? I am on auto pay and the bill usually comes 1-2 days before due date. I've never experienced anything like this before so throwing me off

We'd love to help, @cubchief!
We're not sure what you're referring to as a "grace period", but the payment is due on the due by date. If the payment is not entered by the due by date, then a late fee may be applicable. If you are on AutoPay, debit card and direct to bank account payment methods are processed 2 days before your due by date.
We hope this helps.

I received the bill on the 29th the due date is the 31st. Something doesn't seem right about that. Is this the standard grace period i.e. time between the receipt of bill and due date?

Hi @cubchief,
We will be happy to explain. Your due date this the date that your billing amount is due. We sent out your statements before the due date. If you are enrolled in Auto Payment Plan, it's processed 2 days before your due date.

I guess I was looking for some confirmation from other customers. So are you saying in this instance you start processing my payment before I even see the bill? I received my bill on the 29th and it was due on the 31st.

Hello @cubchief,
You should be able to see the bill before the due date. Is that the question you're asking?
