Billing error

Dear AT&T, why am I being sent emails about a Uverse bill when I have cancelled by Internet subscription with you?

My contact number is: [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]
That is the number I use for all dealings with ATT

You can pay your most recent U-verse bill by logging in, or through our Interactive Voice Response system by calling 1.800.288.2020 and saying, "pay bill". To use the system, you will need your 10-digit phone number (listed on your U-verse account) and your U-verse pass code. To find a payment location near you, click here.

For future bills, take the hassle out of mailing checks every month by enrolling in AutoPay. AutoPay provides you:
Peace of Mind - no more worries about writing checks or late payments
Convenience - bill is paid on time even if you are traveling or life gets hectic
You can view your bills online, sign up for online billing, and enroll in AutoPay, by logging into myAT&T.

@Anonymous   Don't be surprised when the ATT installer comes to install the DSL Extreme service w/ATT RG. Smiley LOL

@mibrnsurgyeah, that has happened already, but like I said, at least I have NO data cap, my bill is far less, customer service is better, and at worst the service will be intermittent like att.  AND att will be getting less of my dollars which is the goal I wish to accomplish.  NO DATA CAP and a CHEAPER PRICE are extra benefits.

@Anonymous  Above you say you will be cancelling ATT soon, so DSL Extreme could not have been installed as ATT has not released the line yet. Smiley Surprised

Oops sorry for not making myself clear, we have two different lines in two different places and we are seeing if it would be wise to switch, one is here at home one is in the studio over the garage.  We're comparing outages. Mom always warned me about jumping from the frying pan into the fire.  This is a good way to compare.  So far, I think the house will be switched soon as well.
