Billing for new service 7 times in one week
My issue is this new customer auto pay action submitted to my checking account in the past seven 6 times. Payment made and cleared from my account January 6 2016. Yet the same action has been submitted again and again in the last 7 days 5 times. Spoke to several individuals at your company issue not resolved. Just hang ups and misinformation. Please contact number [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] I trust that will give my name and information. That one checking account is used for one thing only to pay bills or by the way I am an disabled vet and also a retired federal employee not that would matter to your corporation due to the lack of communication from your employees
