Billing issues - starting to become an ongoing issue
In December of 2022 I was called to "upgrade" to fiber internet. I did this under the impression that my bill would increase by $5-$10/month. When I went to pay my bill in January my bill was over $400.... It took me multiple phone calls trying to get it resolved. Each time I thought it was resolved it wasn't. During my calls I was informed that my account was "coded wrong", but I struggled finding someone who would correct it. When I finally felt that my issue was resolved (I received information that my amount due was changed), I asked what my bill would be moving forward. I was given a price. I go to pay my bill this month (February 2023) and the bill is now $8 more than what I was quoted just two weeks prior. I was quoted UVerse 200 would remain at $117 but it is now $125. This is getting ridiculous. What is going on with AT&T? It is disappointing. I can say that I will NOT be recommending AT&T to anyone.

That should have been disclosed during my calls which were at the end of January-begin of February and it was not. I am disappointed that I did not get consistent information. When I called I specifically asked what my bill going forward was going to be. I even asked for the breakdown for all of the services.
