Blackout Credit for Tegna

Does anyone know if it's too late to get the credit for the NBC (Tegna) outage? I just chatted with an agent to get the $10 credit for ABC (Cox Media) and he said he couldn't do it.

Hi @ccbgolfer,

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns.  To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help”.

I actually did check on the U-verse TV support page and didn't see anything that addressed credits. As I mentioned, during my online chat, the agent said he couldn't do it. So I thought I'd just post it here. Also, it seems like a pretty general question to me. It's not really specific to my account. A yes or no will suffice.

Ignore the generic posts given by @ATTHelp .  🙄

I assumed that once the the dispute was settled, it’s too late to ask for the one time credit of $10.

For future reference the website is https://www.directv.com/tvpromise/ (disregard the DirecTV in the title).   Try asking for it there.
