BROKEN PHONE BOX IN BACK YARD

I am a very UNSATISFIED customer of ATT. We have Uverse with complete package, internet, phone and TV. The phone box in my back yard is the problem and no one will fix it. We have requested service at least 10 times, and NO RESPONSE!!!!

ATT, if you are listening, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

PLEASE contact us to schedule a repair! I cannot stress enough about how F'ed-up up ATT is.

They come and tighten a wire in the box and tell us it is an antique and needs replaced. Then they leave.

one day later, the TV cable is out again! Their phone menu is overwhelmed with calls, so you cannot speak to anyone.

I HATE MY CABLE SERVICE provider.

UNDEPENDABLE and WILL NOT FIX the core issue. If anyone is reading this, they need to contact us ASAP.....
