Can I sign in to a premium app if it's not on my package?

Great question, as the normal requirement to have a subscription the channel in question to sign in to their app.

Third party Apps require you to have the channel in your subscription package in order to login to their app. For example if USA is in your channel lineup, you can sign in to their app. If HBO is no in your channel lineup you will not be able to login to their app.

I'll clarify.  You can only watch channels on the app that are part of (included in) your package. 

Example:  If USA is NOT included in your service then you cannot access it using the app nor can you access it On Demand.
