Can I turn off U-Verse TV and Phone but leave internet on for winter vacation?

We would like to avoid paying unnecessary fees for the winter when we are away from home.  Can we turn off U-verse TV (yes, U-verse, not Direct TV) and phone service but still keep wireless internet service  (so that our security devices still function)?  If so, who do we talk to to get that done?
