Canceled my account today

My story. I spent 4 hours on the phone today to get an rewards card issue resolved. All I got for my time was the run around.

It all started when the rewards card I was promised for signing up was sent to me in December. I activated it then tried to buy Christmas presents for my family. Card declined.

I have spent literally 20 hours since December trying to get my card replaced. Since I was laid off do to Covid virus I was going to get it resolved today. 4 hours later and speaking with numerous people I am now a former customer without my $150.00 rewards card.

To add insult to injury I have to pay $150.00 early termination fee. What a farce.

Does this company not realize you cannot treat your customers like this?

Sad days AT&T. You will run out of customers to cancel services in the near future.

Rant Over.

AT&T lost another 897,000 premium TV subscribers in Q1 2020, as the DirecTV owner's string of massive customer losses continued. ... AT&T's earnings announcement today said the 897,000-customer net loss reduced the total number of premium TV subscribers to 18.6 million.

I’m goning to leave this right here.

People arent’t going to accept this type of treatment. shame on this company.
