Canceling our account

We have tried on multiple occasions to reach you by phone and have been unsuccessful due to long hold times and getting inadvertently disconnected more than once. In addition, your website makes it impossible to get in touch with anyone human. Please cancel our account as of now. Thank you Kathy Eisenhower

I too am having this issue. Cancel my account! At&t internet is trash.

Hi @Donna66 & @Si770 , this is an AT&T commnity forum site and no one can cancel your services.

Please call AT&T for assistance. Calling AT&T might take longer than as usual before reaching a representative due to number of calls in queue. You can ask for a callback for them to call you if the call got disconnected.
